Ingredients
for 12 servings
- 1 cup rosé wine(240 mL)
- 1 ½ oz gelatin powder(40 g)
- ½ cup sugar(100 g)
- strawberry, diced, optional
- blueberry, optional
- rasberry, optional
- Method
- Heat wine in a microwave-safe container for 1 minute, or until hot.
- Mix sugar and gelatin into the wine and stir with a whisk until dissolved.
- Pour mixture into molds. Add fruit if desired.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Enjoy!
